Pappa Kopitiam

Eventough people claim that economy is running low nowadays.. and prices of living is getting up due to fuel hike and other issues... but it seemed doesnt really affect Business for higher range kopitiam.. for example famous "leading" kopitiam franchise brand "Old Town" has got more and more branches.. and new brands starting to boom... why?

Went to Pappa Kopitiam with Kisumi last weekend and also few days ago for breakfast.. Pappa Kopitiam is located at Bandar Puteri Puchong.. near to Citibank.. and just right next to Giant Hypermarket.. It serves typical local cuisine like laksa, ipoh chicken kueh tiew soup, prawn mee, nasi lemak, range of toast and range of ipoh coffee....

must try their soft-boiled egg.. huge size of kampung eggs.. a set comes in a pair.. i personally like the hazelnut coffee....






although their food taste good... but you have to bear with their not-so-good service lah when u dine here... table not relly clean up... waiter/waitress looked busy and took us quite some time even to ask for a bill... possible lack of experienced waiter/waitress lah... but as a consumer.. my opinion is.. "service" is very important for higher range kopitiam business.. this is why i come for..

Self-cook Dinner

Hehe.. cooked some simple western cuisine that i learnt from the newspaper...
Baked Salmon with Grapefruit
firstly.. get 2 slices of salmon (belly part).. marinate with 2 slices of grapefruit.. pinch of dill and basil.. some olive oil.. salt.. chopped grapefruit skin...
then.. wrap the salmon with aluminium foil and bake in the oven for 30 mins.. 200*c to prehet.. 150*c bake for 30mins..
Gravy.. (uhh i failed on the gravy.. kisumi helped).. melt butter.. stir in some flour.. then pour in milk.. put in parmeson cheese.. pinch of dill and basil.. and lastly white wine...

Ta-da.... dinner is served..

Bars

Just installed some bars to the Black Savvy... a 4-point front upper front bar.. and an anti-roll bar... both from Ultra Racing... will go and test the effect on real touge road after the lunar month of 7th..

I used to have a 4-point upper front for my ex-kancil... it was the only weapon i have for my touge machine besides the super light weight rims i used to have... thank god i have the UR 4-point bar.. it saved my feet from the scary crash..

Back Dated: Preggy Fishy

Kisumi's Engless getting preggy again.. well this is the 3rd time she gots preggy continuously in 2 months.. she delivered 8 baby guppies each time for her 1st and 2nd batch... well discovered her stomach getting blotted again and gotta deliver soon when i snap her pics coz she is chasing her other babies away finding herself a place to deliver...







she gave birth around 12 babies this round :)

Been very bz these few days.. preparing for new season "Winter" products... this is the first time planning itineraries for mass production.. extremely stressed.. my mind still hyperly moving even at this time...

Really wonder how people deal with stress... for me some good food or touge session could help.. but too bad i am on one-week "sole source" with Cambridge Diet (again).. so will be fasting for a week till this Saturday... and too bad i dont have my own car for touge...

This morning i was informed by my operator that some "b*tch" has pretended as me to ask for rates and costing from them.. what the f*ck?? i am not that famous anyway coz im still new in travel industry and not many ppl know which destination im handing... wonder who the hell so bitchy.... could be possibly some SPY..

Just read TK's blog.. knowing that his beloved puppy Gigi has gone... ran over by a car this morning... sigh i still remembered the first time i saw her a week plus ago.. she reminded me of my Jacky... same size same colour same playful same hyperactive... really sad to hear that... Rest in peace Gigi.. :'(
