It's time to continue my Cambridge Diet.. after so many months of "break" and hardcore makan session....

So from now on... this blog will (might) stop posting yummy mouth-watering food... and will (might) be concentrating on my diet progress.... hehe... wish me luck

Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend

Attended a dinner hosted by Coster Diamonds this evening at Imbi Palace.

Coster Diamonds is a diamond cutting factory located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Which processes loads of brilliant sparkling stones.

The main purpose they are here, is to promote their new product - The Royal 201
The Royal 201 is a patented diamond polish with 201 facets which generates the ultimate sparkle.


During the lucky draw session.. I was lucky enough to get a replica of this Royal 201 ring and a golf pin that fills with "diamonds"...

Although it's a replica, but this ring has exactly 201 cuts on the stone... that gives you the same sparkle, even they themselves also hardly can differentiate which is real.









Price for an original Royal 201 that has the exact size of this ring is around EUR 50K... wooooo....

Now i know why Diamonds are a girl's Best Friend.. haha

Kisumi said im very particular on food... yes i have to admit that.. im very particular even when i cook it myself... for me a good food has to be good in every aspect of taste, smell, look, and serves... no matter how good the food is.. it still has to be served at the right serving plate with right deco and stuff.. coz i always believe that gourmet is an ART right from the bottom of the heart of the cook... deep huh.. hehe...

Today we decided to try our luck to search for our favourite Italian restaurant "Pizza Uno" again.. the last time we went.. it has been shifted and we seemed cant find it's new shop...

After few round of "ronda" at Taipan area.. finally we FOUND IT!! it's at the same row with KFC.. now it occupies the entire 3-storeys shoplot wow...



Pizza Uno serves a mixture of authentic Italian and Spanish Cuisine... It has range of menus like Antipasto (Italian Appetizer), Tapas (Spanish Appetizer), Pizzas, Italian Pasta and Spanish Paella!!

Back Date: Matta Fair

Damn bz and exhausted these few weeks... why?? It's MATTA's period.... Being as an operation is always that busy.. from new itinerary planning to get all the rates prepared.. preparing leaflets.. product briefing.. till the products up to the market..

This season i've planned few new itineraries... thanks to my manager that given me free hand for a new try, and trusting this "new" person that handles Europe sector...

1) Christmas Fantasy in Europe.. This itinerary only depars in December.. as per the title.. purpose of this tour is feel and experience the Christmas atmosphere in Europe visiting the largest and oldest Christmas Markets in Central Europe like Frankfurt and Strasbourg.. also visit Colmar the typical French Village, top of Europe Mt Jungfrau, home of French gourmet Dijon, and not to forget the modern city of Paris.

2) Romantic Germany and Switzerland... This itinerary covers the romantic part of Germany and also Switzerland.. from Frankfurt to Heidelburg and Rothenburg.. thru the Romantic Road to Munich... visiting the fairy-tale Newswanstein Castle.. Switzerland covers Lucerne, Mt Jungfrau and Geneva...

3) Italy and French Riviera... well apart from the typical must-visit places in Italy (Rome, Pisa, Florence, Venice, Milan) we extend the journey to the beatiful cities of French Riviera like Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo in Monaco...

4) Britain & Ireland Panorama.. this is a new try for me to plan such a "discovery of rich cultural" trip... Covering the extended part of London to Windsor Castle, Pre historical monument Stonehenge... and journey extends to other parts of England like Cambridbe, York, New Castle, Bristol, Oxford, Manchester, panoramic Plymouth to see the St Michaels Mont and Land's End... also touches Glasglow and Edinbourgh in Scottland, and Dublin in Ireland... now i get what i mean by "rich cultural"?

This round of MATTA i was required to assist in ticketing istead of selling the tour products.. coz my manager said ticketing needs more man power and im kinda more knowledgeable in ticketing compare with other colleagues in same department... ya meh?? i dont think so leh... but since they need help i just do my best to help up... Business so-so lah.. still manage to sell few tickets.. :p

Jay is a best friend of Nicki and we went for vacation togather to Cameron Highlands early this year.. James the macho guy is a body balance and yoga tutor... wooo..
