Ninja Jones Izakaya @ Northpoint Mid Valley City

Got to know about this new "ninja" themed restaurant from the newspaper few month ago.. but do not have the chance to give it a try....

Last thursday Nicki and i were craving for some Jap food and we plan to try some new taste.... So 5 of us from the operations went to Mid Valley after work....

This restaurant is basically at Northpoint.. another block of residential/office suite that doestn't attached to the Megamall nor The Gardens.. you can either park your car directly at Northpoint's carpark... or walk over from Megamall... (from the north court of Megamall.. exit at the entrance near Esquire Kitchem... cross the road by the bridge on the right at the exit... After you arrive at Northpoint... just walk straight till u reach the escalator get down to Ground floor and the restaurant is at the 2nd shop on your right...)

Found from other blogs saying that usually this restaurant will let their door closed... and to make them open the door you need to press the button on your right beside the door and someone in ninja suit will attend to you.... but this day they let the door widely open... so nothing to play... haha

Their waiters are really dressed as ninja... too bad no photo... for a few times i got scared by them coz the surrounding is dim and they were in black suit and i din realise when they were beside me....

Rate:
Restaurant ambience: 90/100
Service: 90/100
Food Presentation: 99/100
Taste of food: 75/100

To me this is categorised as a Japanese fine-dining restaurant that you can hardly find it anywhere else... like i always say "Japanese cuisine is an ART"... this really made me feel like im having my meal in Japan... but it can be improved in the food tastiness....

errrr.... leaving Rome with heavy heart...

Leonardo DaVinci Airport

Oh ya... in Italy it's very easy to differenciate their shops by their names
Pizzeria - selling pizza
Caffeteria - selling coffee
Gelateria - selling gelato
pasticceria - selling pastry & cake

You can see alot of "smart" car on the street.. coz to them is just a very very common and cheap car that almost everyone can afford... can get brand new at EUR 10K... (haihzzz how can we get a brand new car worth RM 10K in M'sia?)

Finally able to taste "Italian version" of Segafredo.. it's very very different with what we have here.... although its the same brand

That's all about my trip haha.... thanks for reading my blog :p

Back Date: 8 Nov 08 ~ Rome

Here we go.. exploring the most important city of Italy since the ancient empire --- ROME.... the first thing you will get "impressed" is their "street art" aka vendalism.. OMG.. what a negative impression.... but then you'll get amazed by their ancient buildings... especially those were built during the ancient empire... the Italian gov really preserve these buildings and do not let them demolished.....

first place we visit is the Vatican City aka "The Holy See".. Vatican City is the smallest country in the world which is dominated by the Pope... Although it's the smallest country but there lies the largest cathedral in world in Vatican City -- St Peter's Basilica.... This is the most beautiful cathedral i ever seen... took alot of photos there.... :p
