After knowing that our beloved Hong Kong entertainer Lydia Sum has passed away.. i started to realise that "health" plays a main issue of our life... seeing myself getting fatter.. i started to worry about my health issue that led by obesity... i hope it's not too late...
Knowing of it might cause high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart attack, stroke, or even worst cancer.... wooo... i dont want to die so fast man.. i still wanna become a nenek touge.. muahahaha....
so as a start of my healtier life... i start to consume oatmeal as my breakfast... to replace fatty nasi lemak.. i heard oatmeal could help to reduce blood cholesterol... for first few days i wasnt really used to the smell of oatmeal... but then i try to make my food more delicious by adding a little bit of salt and fried shallots.. yumm it tastes like congee.. love it..

knowing im the type of person who doesnt really like to exercise.. so i bougth a "vibrate" trimming belt... helping me to shake the fats away :p
Now im in the process of detoxing.. by consuming the "Juvanex 7-days Program".... woooo.... today is the 3rd day liaooo..... it was quite tired for the first 2 days... keep on wanted to sleep... and need to drink a alot of water.... now can feel im much refreshing even it's only at the 3rd day....
