Lose 5kg in 2 weeks?


Notise there are quite a number of hits were about "Losing 5kg in 2 weeks" were directed from the search engine for the past few weeks...

Well let me share with you based on my personal experience.. Yes it is possible (based on individual)... to me i have done it before and yes it's a very tough one...

my method was "chash diet".. by only consuming food replacement for breakfast, lunch and dinner.. i chose "Cambridge Diet" the nutrition-balanced flavoured protein powder.. you will be able to see the instand result in just 2 weeks...

But before starting your "crash diet" you have to get your body prepared... try consuming soft or liquid food (congee/oatmeal) for breakfast and dinner on a week before and after your "crash diet"... take lean meat and steam veggie for lunch and avoid carbs....

Ofcoz there are some cons about "crash diet" which is not really advisable by doctors and nutritionists... long period of chash diet might cause anorexia and malfunction of internal organs... so the maximum period of crash diet should not exceed 4 weeks continuous....

Actually the hardest thing is not the process of shedding weight but is the way you maintain it after your weight dropped to you ideal once... that's why eating habit and exercist are the key words for an ideal weight :p
