Back Dated: Taiwan Trip

Was leading a company trip of 60 person to Taiwan on 20th Dec 07 together with my colleague Angel.. this is the 4th time leading tour.. still considered as a newbie.. the past 3 times has negative feedback from the customers said i dont really know how to lead tour.. actually this time when this tour was assigned to me in Sept.. i got a lot of pressure and felt abit depressed.. Till i went to Australia on Oct.. Remember that we had a "little" treasure hunt in Sydney & Melbourne.. Which i led the group very well? hehe our escort even asked me "do you lead tour frequently?".. yeah it clicks my mind... "Yuanlai... tour leading is like that one... to ensure everything is doing well & my passengers got the message clearly and fully understood"..

Now, no more fear!! The group of 60 person was divided into 2, Group A & Group B. Group A by Malaysia Airlines led by Angel, whereas i led Group B by Cathay Pacific. Group B arrived a little late due to delay of transit in Hong Kong.. (This is the 2nd time i been to Hong Kong.. but only inside the airport -_-")

Overall the tour runs smoothly.. and customers are quite happy with my service (at least no complain this time).. besides my guide had a little argument with my driver -_-"
