Diet Update

hehe.. after consuming Cambridge Diet Program for 5 days.... here's my result....

Height: 150cm
Weight: 81.6KG
Body Fat %: 42.9%
Basal Metabolism Rate: 1426
Fat Level: 19
Body Mass Index: 36.2

My diet program started from 7 April (Monday)

11 Apr 08
Height: 150cm
Weight: 79.6KG
Body Fat %: 42.3%
Basal Metabolism Rate: 1412
Fat Level: 18
Body Mass Index: 35.4

hehe 2KGs from last friday.... plus all the good food i had during my ipoh trip last week.. :p

den 10 days is 4 kgs..
20 days is 6 kgs...
in less that 60 days u wil lost 18 kgs..
keep going on la u sure can de...

wow, how did u manage to get rid off the 2 kgs in five days. congrats keep up the good dieting and in no time you will be slim again. take care.
