These few days kinda low energy and slept quite early.. so the entry for Ipoh Makan-Makan trip has been delayed... hopefully tonite i can have the chance to use the computer when i get back.. kisumi please..... :p
This week im undergoing a full protein diet... so no cake for me anymore... coz next monday will be taking measurement and urine test... so they will know if im discipline to my food intake or not... so cannot curi makan wei....
