Back Dated (1st May) ~ Food Tasting for Wedding Dinner


Venue: Oriental Pavilion Jaya 33, Section 13 PJ

Usually those wedding package comes with food tasting... some of the restaurants will FOC 6 pax for the food tasting.. mine is chargeable at 50% off but the food they prepared was the actual portion for our wedding (which can be consumed for 10 to 11 pax)


we modified and changed alot of dish style from their original standard set menu

Starter -- Hot and Cold Seafood Platter
soft-shell crab, baby octopus, fried seafood bean curd, abalone slices in the middle


Soup -- Fish Lips Soup
**original menu was sharkfin



Suckling Piglet
*upgraded from chicken to piglet coz downgraded sharkfin to fish lips


Sea Garoupa in Pomelo Sauce


Prawns with Chinese Rice Wine
**menu changed from steam prawn to this


Mushroom, bean curd with brocolli


Hong Kong Style Glutinous Rice


Dessert - Pear with Longan & sea coconut
**better to add a twist of lemon juice

Dessert - Pancake & Chinese Mochi


Additional item from the promotion menu FREE if pay by credit card..... Peking Duck


Uhhhhh... i think 12 pax will be just nice to finish all the stuff.... but we only have 9... so there are so many left-over
