Air Asia X is using Airbus A330-300 Series for long-haul routes to China, Australia and UK... Seats configuration for normal economy seats are 3-3-3.. and 2-4-2 for XL seats.. with non-recline "Gliding" seats... the seats back in normal economy class abit not-so-comfortable lerrr if compare with service airlines... made my back ache for the entire 8 hours journey...
but one thing that make me impressed is the entertainment system "Xcite".. Air Asia X provides personal touch-screen... Yes you have to pay for movie blockbuster, games and also music channel.. but some features are complimentary like viewing the flight map....
And in-flight live chat system.. haha at least there's something to play about during our long journey...
You can pre-book your meals and comfort-kit when you make your reservation online..
pre-booked meals set includes 1 Malaysian or Western Meal, 1 bottle of mineral water (350ml) and 1 bar of Kit-Kat
Comfort-Kit includes a blanket, a travel pillow and an eye mask
price wise is very reasonable too :)

Pure facts, not really a personal comment or overall impression...
So i will see by myself when I enter the Air Asia X next week...
