In the morning we were transferred to Blue Mountain... which is 2 hours or so away from Sydney city... said is mountain... but the road condition is not winding like genting highlands/cameron/bukit tinggi in malaysia at all... the highway to Blue Mountain is smooth and wide....
We arrived Leura - one of the small town at Blue Mountain... well.. as per their planned itinerary... this would gonna be another session of treasure hunt... damn.. non stop walking and taking buses... we were splitted into 2 groups.. leaded by 2 different escorts from Blue Mountain Tourism... (ahh.. at least i dont have to read maps and make decision this time)... Question.. how big is Leura Town?? welll.. ermm..... it's just 2 rows of shoplot... that's it!!
As usual.. we were given a set of questionaire... our team started off from Leura Town.... 1st to visit Thorn Clarke Wine shop..
Next.. to Cat's Meow Interior that sells home deco items
Then.. to Cafe Josophan's Fine Chocolate.. just located at another end of the shoplot.. One this i discoveded here.. althought it's just 2 hours away from Sydney city... the tempo of Blue Mountain is totally different from Sydney... People here are more friendly compare with Sydney... and their life here is kinda free and easy...although it's working hour.. but i still can see people walking their dogs hanging out at the cafe... im quite like the blue sky here... it's a great place for your mind relaxation....
While my team mates are busy filling up the questionaire at Cafe Josophan's.. i was loitering outside.. then i saw a lady walking 4 dogs at the same time.. walking towards to the cafe... one of it is Lessy!!! wow i havent seen such beautiful dogs in Malaysia.... really love it for first sight!!
Then to the Bygone Treasured Teapot Museum which displays more than 2000 English style teapots & ceramic ware in their shops..
After lunch.. we took the scenic Trolley Bus to Echo Point for the famous lookout "Three Sisters"
It was very windy up here at Echo Point
We then hit back to the Trolley Bus again.. to our next destination... "Scenic World".. Well.. it was basically allow us to get down to the valley of Blue Mountain.. either by "Cableway" or the world stippest "Railway"... to get closer to the rainforest.. which used to be a gold mines... right next to the protected national park.. We got down to the valley by Cableway..
After we arrived at the valley.. there are walkways for us to hang around... we were escored by the Manager of Scenic World.. to explain and promote about ther products.. then... we got up back to the station by the stippest railway.. which were recorded in the Guiness World Book of Record....
We also had the chance to try on the collest and coldest ride "Skyway" which hang across the Blue Mountain's valley...
OUr last stop is to Katoomba... another town.. which is apparently bigger that Leura at Blue Mountain... we were given 2 hours time to hang around...
Alright... lastly.. back to the hotel after dinner and given time to pack up... as the next day have to get back to Sydney to catch our flight home.... ahhhh finally....
